returns & refunds policy

Returns - Non-Faulty Goods
If you change your mind about your order, you can return any items or  unopened kits and in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. You will, however, be responsible for any return postage costs incurred. 

Please contact me and I will provide instruction on how to return your order. 

Once received in satisfactory condition, a refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 5 days. 

The items will remain your responsibility until received at the return address. I do not accept responsibility for returned products that are lost or damaged in the post.

I regret that I cannot accept returns on non-faulty products if any of the following conditions apply:

1. The product has been personalised to an extent that it cannot be resold.
2. The packaging or any of the individual product components of my kits, has been unsealed or damaged
3. The non-faulty product is returned in condition whereby it cannot be resold. 

Returns - Faulty Goods
If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it. In these circumstances, you must inform Curiously Contrary within 48 hours of taking receipt of the product. 

Products leave Curiously Contrary in perfect condition. If a product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please inform me via email, within 48 hours of taking receipt of the product. Where possible, please also include photographs of any damage or fault.

Once I receive notification, I will instruct you how to return the products for a full refund or replacement. In these circumstances you will be responsible for paying return postage costs, but these will be reimbursed once the products have been received back at Curiously Contrary. You will need to provide proof of postage costs.

Once your returned products are received, either a replacement will be sent or a refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 5 days.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact me as soon as possible. If your goods have been dispatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items. 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
